Sitting in the chair at the dentist's office today, I figured out that some things are black and white. You either DO floss, or you DON'T floss...there really isn't any in between (which is funny because that exactly why we have floss...to get in between - I've been around my dad too much). Anyway, although I made it a goal to floss every day in 2009, I could only say that I occassionally flossed, when asked by the hygenist today. It's a failure on my part, but I guess that just gives me the opportunity to work on it again this year.
On the up side, both the dentist and the hygenist told me that I have very very clean teeth. And even better...no cavities! I have six months until I will have to answer the dreaded question again, "how often do you floss".

Ugh - it is NOT fair that some people have great teeth. I floss EVERY day without fail and either have a root canal or a cavity at every dental appointment. :) Aren't you jealous? I am insanely jealous of your teeth!
You KNOW that I would LOVE THIS POST!!! lol... Guess that's the hygienist in me... GREAT JOB, no cavities!!! I'm super proud of you... NOW, how often do you floss... :)
